Frequently asked questions
What’s the minimum order quantity?
For custom Heralds, our packages start from 10 units. All include device, design, video upload, logistics, and shipping. If you need just one unit, you can choose from pre-designed options in our shop section
Can I customize the content myself?
Yes! If you want to create your own design, we’ll share an Adobe Illustrator template and you can handle it yourself. Videos are always personalized by you and need to be in 16:9 format. We only upload the videos, we don’t edit them - they need to arrive ready. We can also create everything from scratch if you prefer us to handle the complete production.
Where is Herald based?
We’re based in San Francisco, United States and Barcelona, Spain. We can also handle shipments worldwide, though pricing may vary due to taxes specific to each country.
How long does production take?
Approximately 15-20 days from final design approval and when we have the videos.
Do you offer tracking and analytics?
Yes, we provide direct tracking if you choose the individual delivery option ($20 USD per Herald). We partner with Slack so you get notifications every time recipients receive their Herald.
