How many videos can I load onto a Herald?

You can load 1 personalized video using the USB cable that comes with your Herald. Just connect it to your computer and drop the file into the specific folder. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

What’s the maximum video length?

Herald supports up to 90 minutes in total. It can be as short as a few seconds or as long as several minutes — it’s up to you.

Can I personalize the Herald?

Yes — everything can be personalized: design, packaging, and details. For custom orders, please reach out to us at agustina@joinherald.com

Can Herald be shipped directly to the final recipient?

Absolutely. Just share the video you’d like us to upload and the delivery address, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to receive my Herald?
